New Review - "To Dance With Kings" by Rosalind Laker

"To Dance With Kings" is a multi-generational novel set in France from the reign of Louis XIV to the French Revolution. It begins with the birth of a common baby girl, witnessed by a rowdy group of nobleman following the court of the Sun King to the town of Versailles. One of them, Augustin Roussier, names the girl Marguerite and jokes to her mother that he will come back for her when she is of age.
